• • How do I report a lost or stolen card?

  • As soon as you notice your card is missing, the first step is to close your card so no further transactions can be processed. Call the bank at 515-432-6200 during business hours, or 800-472-3272 after business hours. 

    Once the card is closed, call or visit one of our locations to assist you with ordering a new card.

  • How do I activate my debit card?

  • Activate a New Debit Card

    Now that you've received your new debit card, follow the simple instructions on the sticker that is attached to your new debit card. 

    To activate your card and customize your PIN, call 800-992-3808. Please have the following:

    • Call from your phone number we have on file
    • Your debit card number
    • You debit card expiration date
    • The 3 digit code on the back of the card
    • The last 4 digits of your SSN

    You will then be prompted to select your PIN and your card will be activated.

    Activate a Renewal Debit Card

    You can follow the steps above to call and activate your card. Or if you already had a card with an established PIN, you can simply use your new debit card at an ATM to activate your card with your existing PIN. 

  • How do I change my PIN on my Debit Card?

  • If you decide to change your PIN on your debit card, simply call 1-800-992-3808.

    Please have the following:

    • Call from your phone number we have on file
    • Your debit card number
    • You debit card expiration date
    • The 3 digit code on the back of the card
    • The last 4 digits of your SSN

    You can then select you new PIN for immediate use.

    Once the card is closed, call or visit one of our locations to assist you with ordering a new debit card, and clearing up the fraudulent transactions that have posted to your account.
